By observing the Doom Harbingers and Empyreal Ronin, Equirions developed their own physical style of sword fighting. However, they realized that long and large blades did not mesh well with Equirion gracefulness, and decided that two shorter blades would better suit their needs. They developed its abilities with magic to become silent Cross Assailants for infiltration and assassination.

Evasive and sneaky, the Cross Assailant is best at flanking around an enemy party to take out their back-line one by one. Their abilities allow them to dish out constant damage over several rounds or a singular, powerful combination of strikes in one round. They possess fantastic evasive capabilities, but Cross Assailants can’t handle taking a hit too well. They are primarily a damage-dealing flanking class that excels at eliminating lightly armored targets.
