1st Tier Invocations:
Ru Lieb (Boil)
Fatigue Gained: 2
Effect: Causes a small amount of water to quickly begin boiling. Casting Ru Lieb may be performed as a Quick Action.
Description: Most useful for cooking or warming up cold drinks.
Ru Manipa (Manipulate Water)
Fatigue Gained: 1 per 16 fl. oz. of water manipulated
Effect: Freely move around a body of water for 10 seconds.
Description: Ru Manipa is considered a fairly versatile spell. It’s most often seen used to quickly dry clothes or hair by removing the water in them.
Ru Pharm (Heal)
Incantation: O life giving water, nectar of the goddess. Mend that which did not deserve harm.
Fatigue Gained: 2 per minute active
Effect: This invocation cannot be Short Casted. Requires a source of at least 16 fl. oz. of water. Heal a target for 1d6 HP each minute for up to 10 minutes. The water is consumed in the process.
Description: Although tiring, this invocation is quite useful for periods of down time where healing is imperative.
2nd Tier Invocations:
KaiRu Pharm (Greater Heal)
Incantation: O life giving water, nectar of the goddess. Return to form this victim of misfortune, and fill them with vigor.
Fatigue Gained: 4 per minute active
Effect: This invocation cannot be Short Casted. Requires a source of at least 16 fl. oz. of water. Heal a target for 2d6 HP and reduce their fatigue by 1d4 each minute for up to 10 minutes. The water is consumed in the process.
Description: A more powerful, albeit more tiring, version of Ru Pharm. Best used on an ally who has been recently resuscitated from the brink of death.
KaiRu Rappa (Shift State)
Incantation: O tears of the goddess. That which rained from up above. Change thy form from liquid.
Fatigue Gained: 6 per use
Full Cast Effect: Rapidly changes a cylindrical body of water with a radius of 2’ and a height of 2’ into ice or steam. You may use this effect multiple times with a single cast. You may spend 2 FP to increase the radius of this spell by 1’.
Short Cast Effect: Same as Full Cast, but you cannot use the effect multiple times.
Description: KaiRu Rappa has long since been deemed an inefficient spell, but it still finds its uses from time to time to freeze an enemy’s feet or distract them with scalding hot steam.
3rd Tier Invocation:
VaeRu Craeta (Create Water)
Incantation: O tears of the goddess, life giving water. Take form from nothingness. Come to us and quench our need of you.
Fatigue Gained: 8 per 48 fl. oz. of water created
Effect: This invocation cannot be Short Casted. Creates water out of seemingly nothing. The water can be safely manipulated, such as pouring it into a canister, before the invocation ends.
Description: Although seemingly simple for the most powerful water invocation, it is one of the most lifesaving spells in times where water is not readily available.
